The Titans tour Europe with a rock star to break a smuggling ring.
Wonder Girl likes Holley Hip, a Rock 'n' Roll singer. The Teen Titans are told to go on a Europe tour with Holley Hip by the U.S. government, because the government thinks he might be smuggling small things out of the country. First stop on their tour; London, England! And it's Mad Mod is behind the smuggling, and is using Holley's clothes to do it.
Holley helps the Titans in bringing down the Mad Mod.
